If you make your living on training dogs then anything related to showing or caring for your dogs should be tax deductible. Showing in this case would be a marketing expense, as I assume you would be promoting at the shows and using your obedience/agility titles for your dogs as proof that your methods work.
If you have a different primary means of income the IRS may see showing the dogs as a hobby and not as a real busines expense.
You need to make sure that you document EVERYTHING. Every time you get in the car you need to write down the date, the mileage, and what the purpose of your trip is. Save every receipt for things you buy for your business (such as office supplies) or your dog (food, vet bills, etc). Save your food & hotel receipts when you travel to a dog show.
Deducted expenses need to be documented, normal, and rasonable.
Dog walking service usually involves giving the walker a key to your home, so he or she can pick up the dog while you are at work or on a trip. Dog walkers sometimes bring in mail or water plants as well.15- to 20-minute walk usually costs between $15 and $17 for one dog. Some dog walkers will spend extra time playing with the dog in the home or back yard and will feed and water the dog.

Ask your tax accountant. This is a financial question not a question about dogs.
