There is always a chance, the best thing to do is to apply for a visa at the American Embassy. Every case is different and you will have to meet certain requirements, but the best place to ask is the American Embassy in the Phillipines.

There are classes for dog trainers all over the United States. You should have no problem finding a class. There are three ways to study. 1- Join a school. (These can be expensive, take a long time, and are usually unnecessary).
2-Apprentice. (You can apprentice under a dog trainer. They usally take a portion of your earnings. But it is a good way to learn and is faster).
3- Buy a book. It teaches the same information that a class does. When you are ready to teach dogs, just teach. People are only concerned with how well you do it.

Jim & Phyllis Dobbs have been around for a long time, and they are good.
They wrote the tri-Tronics series of dog training books, and they have a training center in Marysville California.
