no you can’t potty train your dog at petco and she is only 8 weeks old! how quickly do you expect her to learn?! it can take months to fully potty train a pup. References :
If she’s 8 weeks now, then I can’t imagine you’ve been training her very long since it’s illegal in most states to separate a pup from it’s mother before that age. Crate training is the best way to go. There are plenty of resources on the web to tell you how to do it properly. The hardest thing will be being patient & consistent References :

At 8 weeks, your puppy wont be potty trained yet.. she pees everywhere because you are either not supervising, or not taking her outside often enough.
Trainers can give you tips on housebreaking during obedience classes.. but there’s no such thing as a "housebreakin class".. in all reality, even obedience classes dont train your dog.. the classes teach YOU how to train your dog.
About the only way to get housebreaking done without doing it yourself is to send the pup to an in-home trainer.. the pup will live at the trainers home to be trained, and this service does not come cheap! References :

What were you thinking when you got this puppy??? There’s a Magic Pill? They raise themselves? They’re born already trained? Are you sure having a puppy right now is the right thing for you and for the puppy? References :
